I’m Rajes Govender, a Transformational Life and Empowerment Coach dedicated to helping people live inspired, balanced, and fulfilling lives.

​My story is one of pushing myself in my career to a point of burnout that led me to search for meaning in my life beyond my career. FD Vedanta is my busi-ness that for me is not about achievement but about meaning and purpose till the end of my time, enjoying what I do, being of service to others.

I am skilled at reframing mindsets to transform setbacks, challenges, obstacles into opportunities that serve and give fulfilment. I shift individuals from being stuck to reclaim their power to rebuild momentum moving in the direction they want to.
As a Demartini Method® Facilitator trained by Dr. John Demartini, I integrate proven human-behaviour principles with my 25+ years of leadership experience as a CA(SA) and Executive. This allows me to deliver deep personal breakthroughs with real-world results.
In 2024 and 2025, I had the honour of facilitating live alongside Dr. Demartini at The Breakthrough Experience in South Africa — guiding participants to dissolve emotional blocks and awaken their true potential.

Rajes is a Demartini Values Facilitator and a Demartini Method® Facilitator. She was trained by Dr John Demartini who is one of the world's leading authorities on human behaviour and personal development. She is also a finisher of the Titan summit presented by Robin Sharma who is one of the world’s top leadership experts. She continues to study to learn about human behaviour and life as part of her curiosity to explore and grow.

She is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) employed as an executive in a South African private business.
FDVedanta is a small organisation. My heartfelt mission is to help those who want to work on themselves and achieve their dreams. I dedicate some time for this as my busi-ness.
